Title: Love the longer slots.
Review: My old toaster was not doing the job. I was first attracted to this toaster by its red color. It matches other appliances in my kitchen. But what sold me on this toaster was the fact that it not only has wider slots they are also longer. I like artisan bread, which did not fit well in my old toaster.This toaster is perfect. It does an excellent job and I did not realize how bad my old toaster was until I tried this new one. It does not dry out the toast while browning. I would definitely recommend this toaster. It seems to work well. Be sure and follow the directions as the very first time you use it there is a smell but that smell doesn’t last.

Review: Burns bread on one side and barely toasts other side (both toasting slots). Unfortunately my husband didn’t tell me right away so we could return it.

Title: Doesn’t toast evenly
Review: I have mixed feelings about this toaster. It is super cute, but doesn’t toast both sides of the bread evenly. I sent the first one I received back and they sent me a replacement quickly, but I’m having the same issue—it’s just not quite as bad. One side is very toasted, while the other is light. I generally have to do two rounds with each toast, and then risk burning it. I haven’t found the sweet spot, even though I use it often and continue to adjust it. I don’t have another toaster, so I have kept it since I didn’t want to send another one back, especially when it is having pretty much the same issue. I figured this is the fate of this toaster.

Review: I would not recommend this toaster. While it is VISUALLY appealing it does not WORK well. The toast comes out raw unless you turn it up very high and then, when you do that, it burns.

Review: This is an extremely attractive quality look and feel toaster product. I was thrilled when I took it out of the box but what really clinched it was how beautifully it works, and how it has just the right amount of features to make it easy and a joy to use. The instructions suggested that you experiment with the level of toasting that you like and I found the perfect number rating along with the frozen food button for my likes. The frozen food button has a dual function which was pretty impressive if you are doing fruit bread then you push it until a red circle of light is around the button. Otherwise if you push it once you get a white ring of light around the button which means it’s on frozen food mode. Absolutely perfect in every way again I’ve already said this, but I am truly thrilled, and I don’t get thrilled very often about an appliance lol.
