Title: Great for camping!
Review: We bought this hot dog toaster for our camper so the kids can cook and roast hotdogs if we don’t have access to a campfire. It’s small and easy to store when we don’t have a lot of space. We got to use it this weekend and it’s probably the best thing we have ever bought for camping! It was easy to clean since there’s a nice “crumb catcher” in the bottom. The kids thought it was the coolest invention and it was easy for them to use. The only thing I would suggest is the tongs are pretty flimsy so just bring a better set of tongs to get them out

Title: Kids love it! And so do I!
Review: First time I saw one of these, someone plugged one in when we were working a booth at the fair, it cooked the hot dogs quick and buns at the same. I was impressed that the hot dogs were cooked thoroughly and had a slight crisp to it. So I bought 3 for 3 nephews at Christmas time…from what I was told, they asked their parents to buy more hot dogs and was texting each other about their toasters. The boys are 10/11 years old. It’s great for camping, slumber parties, and for their sporting events. Now, if only there was a burger toaster that’s easy to clean and portable…

Title: Good for everything but the buns!
Review: I Love this overall. However the bad part of this is the fact that the buns do NOT fit in it whatsoever. I tried several times. But it just burned to the side and ruined the buns.It does cook the hotdogs pretty great. I am happy about that.

Review: This makes fast, delicious hotdogs with a toasty bun. I cook the hoy dogs a little longer than the buns. I haven’t figured out a great cleaning method for the inside yet. I hope grease accumulation won’t be a problem in the long term. For what it does, it is great!

Title: Don’t waste your money
Review: I got this because my 3 year old LOVES hot dogs and I wanted a better way to cook them. Not to mention my wife and I both like toasted buns.This product claims it fits most standard buns, but I have tried 3 different buns sizes and shapes and NONE have fit well. I always have to shove it in to make it fit. This causes the problem of being overcooked (burnt) where the bun touches the metal plate, but also still cold on the other side.Bringing me to my other big conclusion: This thing couldn’t cook evenly to save it’s life. The only way I’ve managed to get a semi-even cook on a hot dog was at the maximum setting OR if it had already heated from another cook cycle. Again this would always lead to a half burnt bun.Finally: It’s supposed to be “easy to clean” because the hot dog holder is removable. This is all well and good… except that the bun slots have nothing removable to clean. given the amount of burnt buns this was a problem. The part I needed to clean the most was the hardest to clean.

Title: Not bad! It’s a keeper
Review: So I am pretty much the laziest person you have ever met. I live by myself and don’t like cooking just for me. This hot dog cooker gets the job done. Easy to use and I have cooked hotdogs and buns in less than 4 minutes. Glad I bought this!
