Title: Inner lift mechanism for toast dislodged itself and I spent some time repairing this defect
Review: The toaster worked well until it didn’t.I had to cram my hand inside one of the slots to repair the piece of metal that makes the toast rise upon completion of toasting. Once I repaired this mechanical problem, toaster works fine, so far no more issues.Would I buy this particular toaster again? Maybe.

Review: This is a nicely built toaster. I really like how I it is setup like two toasters in one. The right side has it’s own timer and lever separate from the left one. This means I can have different timing and type of bread/bagel than the other side.The bread has been coming out evenly toasted, without any under or over toasted spots.Cleaning it seems to be straight forward as well. All the crumbs fall onto a retrievable (drawer like) tray for cleaning. The trays can be drawn from the side which makes it a lot easier than my previous toaster were I had to lift and open from bottom.I just wish the power cord was a bit longer (~36 inches).

Review: i got this toaster and the bagel button still toast both sides. contacted them and there response is.Thanks for your response. I would like to share more of the bagel feature with you.After selecting bagel mode, the machine will heat both sides at full power at first, and then the middle part will be reheated. Therefore, please put in the bagels correctly. There is a small icon on the toaster to show the direction. The reason for heating both sides is to allow the temperature inside the machine to rise quickly. The heating at the beginning will not burn the bagel, and will only have a heating effect on the bagel.The product design differs from various brands. I kindly ask for your understanding that the item is not defective. Could you please send me some photos of the bagel after using the toaster for issue confirmation? l will confirm if it is overtoasted.that is bull crap as i tried a couple times and both sides are toasted all the time. i even put bread and press bagel it toast both sides the same.I hate companies that dont back their products and lie. so i am returning it and letting you know about it.Look for other brand
