Title: very practical I loved it

Title: Now this us what I’m talkin’bout!
Review: We ordered a different toaster before this one. All the same features, almost. Turned out, no bagel function. Who makes a wide slot toaster for bagels with no bagel function? It also took 2 times each to brown anything and had a super short cord. That got returned real fast.Enter the Elite Gourmet digital stainless steel toaster. L❤️VE! Omg, this thing is wonderful.When we ordered, they were 39.99 full price. Worth every penny. Now I see they jumped up to $116.99? For a toaster? Sorry guys. Your toaster is nice n all, but even the most expensive name brand fancy ones are a tough call at near half that price for 59.99 40 bux? Ok. $120 after taxes? You’ve lost your flipping minds. 🤣That all being said, once they regain their senses and go back down to a more normal 39.99, do not hesitate to get this. It browns perfectly, is easy to use and understand the directions and works like a charm. Bagel function worked perfectly as well.This one has a medium length to semi short cord. It reached our outlet w/o needing an extension cord,barely. Maybe a ft long?The only thing I haven’t been able to figure out so far is the Cancel button (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). No instructions on how to use it are included either. Instructions say where to find it,but not how it works exactly. I tried touching cancel to see if the thing would pop up automatically, and it seemed to do nothing but stop it from being in bagel mode and change it to regular toast mode. I don’t see any other option to make it pop up early either. Maybe you shouldn’t need it to if you choose the right number setting, but you’d think in case it’s burning or you goof somehow, that there would be that option?Still love our new toaster. For the price, so keeping! As long as it holds up well over time.Crossing fingers n toes. Don’t want to have to start over again.

Whether it’s a morning bagel or a hearty slice of toast, everything fits easily without having to jam it in.The capacitive touch screen is a modern touch, and the defrost and bagel functions make toasting super convenient. We noticed that some reviews mentioned there was no bagel function, but ours does have a bagel button that works really well! It toasts the inside while leaving the outside soft and warm, which is exactly how we like it. The defrost feature is also a lifesaver for frozen breads, making them toast up perfectly.The countdown timer and 6 adjustable toasting levels are fantastic for getting the perfect level of browning every time, whether you prefer it slightly warm or dark and crunchy.One of our favorite features is the retractable warming rack. It’s ideal for warming up pastries, croissants, buns, and more without over-toasting them. The reheat function is also a game-changer—it warms up previously toasted bread without burning it, which is so convenient when you’re multitasking.We were a bit disappointed with the packaging, though. Our first toaster was shipped via USPS in a box with very little padding, and it arrived partially crushed in transit. However, when we contacted the seller, they responded immediately and exchanged the damaged item for a new one, which was shipped by a different carrier and arrived in perfect condition. Review: I wanted a toaster with lateral facing controls, levers on the sides, this one fits the requirements. Knob set at 4 (~2 minutes 40 seconds) toasted sliced bread just right. Like all toasters I’d used, the center facing side is a bit darker than the outside. Turn the knob and press the bagel button would switch on only the center heaters and add about 30 seconds toasting time. The crumb tray can be slid off completely to clean. I will find use for the rack later. I did a few dry runs to get rid of the “factory” smell before use. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase. We’ll see about longevity.
