Title: Best counter top oven
Review: I received my oven with some issues ,it’s out of returning dated line when I found out ,I contacted the seller, I got quick responses ,I was so impressed with the customer support team, they replaced me with a brand new oven with no issues,I have only have this for 2 weeks and have enjoyed it so far, I didn’t try other functions than baking,it heats quickly and maintained the heat steadily.This is a solid multi functions kitchen appliance, designed with internal thermometer, great for meat roasting, I’m pleased with the quality and sleek design, great capacity and interior height for bread baking, easily bake 2 loaves of bread, largest counter top oven I have seen.

Title: Worked good for three months, now is just burning plastic
Review: This oven worked good for three months. Heated quickly and cooked evenly. Used it in all modes bake, convection bake, air fry, etc. usually around 400 degrees. Then one day we started smelling plastic burning in the house. Couldnât pinpoint where the smell was from. Next use of the oven plastic burning smell returned along with white smoke pouring out of the top vent. Reached out to the company as the oven was still under warranty. Itâs been weeks and havenât gotten a response.

Title: Itâs so pretty.. you donât mind it taking up space
Review: Okay so the first time I turned this on the smell that everyone talks about was strong. Albeit I understood that itâs a brand new product and I knew it would have a smell just like a regular oven does.So far I havenât ran into any issues with it nor have I had issues with it smoking like others have. It clearly states not to use aluminum foil inside it and to only use oven safe dishes in the manual.I emailed the company a few days ago and asked on Amazon as well if this little oven contains any non stick coating on the inside. No one was able to answer me which I find odd. The only thing I can think of having a coating would likely be the black little tray that comes with it (personally I donât use coated cookware or dishes)As for toasting bread I was actually able to toast my bread? Other stated they couldnât which I also found odd. Either they got an item with issues or they chose the wrong setting or put too much time? Idk..For those reading this just make sure to read the whole manual it also helps you understand the warranty and instructs you on how to do it. (Personally I think it should already be added upon purchase but.. yeah idk.) as for the questions I asked the company about the oven I havenât heard back and it makes me a bit suspicious when it comes to customer service. But I havenât had issues with it and Iâve been using it almost daily.
