Title: Finally a good toaster
Review: Love it after the last two toasters we have purchased this one works perfectly! I wouldn’t think toasting bread/English muffins would be such a challenge but previously it has been. We have only had it a week so I can’t vouch for durability of machine yet but it toasts wonderfully.

Title: Toaster stops working in less than a year
Review: This toaster worked well for a few months. Now less than a year later and it no longer works. On darkest setting, the toast barely turns blonde colored.I hope the manufacture reads this review.Not sure how long of a warrenty it has.

Review: Im trying to keep in mind, “You get what you pay for”, when I think about this toaster. That, and the fact that I had NO toaster when I ordered it. I paid $25 for it and it does look nice. Im not in the habit of making toast in the dark, so I never see the blue lights-that wasnt a factor when I was looking for a new one. I love a toasted bagel, so the BAGEL button feature was a must. This toaster has a BAGEL button, however, it only toasts the top side of the bagel. My old toaster toasted both sides, so I am not adjusting well. This toaster also has a DEFROST button and it does exactly that- it defrosts the item & prepares it to be toasted. So you have to defrost it first, then you have to toast it. My old toaster had a FROZEN button that defrosted AND toasted in one cycle. It seems I was seduced by the price and I made alot of assumptions about this toaster based on my old one. Lesson learned. I will be keeping the toaster and toasting my bagels WITHOUT using the DEFROST button.

Review: Toaster looks great but it is the location of controls that attracted me. Very well made with a small quality control issue. The heating wires are not all installed with the same tension, thus some rows of wires are putting out more heat than others. Does not affect the toast but it does demonstrate a quality control issue. The only negative gripe has to do with the amount of toasting control knob. The little arrow which is to indicate the darkness desired, is very much too small. This could have been done much better and in fact, must be done much better. The way it is now it a serious design issue. Totally unacceptable. Please do better.

Review: I was shopping for a long-single slot toaster to replace my old “Braun”I prefer the long-single-slot as it acomodates sourdough slices, bagels and buns.Couldn’t find one locally,This one arrived & appears to be quality item.Reheat and Defrost functions welcome additions.Why the Cover? I cannot forsee taking a toaster on a picnic, BUT I use the cover always as it keeps the toaster clean

Review: This item was sent from the United States and had 120 voltage rating not 240v and is not possible to be used in the UK. It also didn’t have a UK plug. The voltage rating was not mentioned in the advert. This item had to be returned. Don’t order this from the UK.
