Title: Nice toaster
Review: Toaster is different, looks,great, & works fine. The only problem I have is when I toast a pop tart or pancake. Because they are thinner than bread or a bagle they can easily fall to the side in the slot. The only way to get it out is to unplug the toaster, tip it upside down, & shake it out. Just have to be careful to place it in the slot carefully.

Title: Had a hiccup but the company made it right!
Review: I received the first order with the right side completely defected so they sent me a new one the next morning. After getting the second order, I fell in love with the product. Now my husband and I don’t have to fight to use the toaster anymore!

Review: Edit08/28/24After receiving a email back from Mecity, I was told it was defective and was able to return it and they sent me another toaster the next business day. This new one works well. It’s very easy to use and my kids love it. It’s only been 2 days but I’m happy overall with the purchase. Picture is from the first defective toaster.08/23/24When I pulled it out of the box and plugged it in, only one side of the toaster turns on. The left side doesn’t do anything, not even lock when pushing down the slider. I emailed the service email on the back of the user manual and haven’t heard back. I’m not sure if I return it for another, wait to hear back from Mecity, or return to get my money back.

Title: A toaster that actually toasts
Review: This toaster perfectly toasts both sides of the bread to your desired setting. I’ve had many toasters that toast one side of the bread or another, and I’d have to stay with it to monitor and flip the slice.A bit of experimenting and you quickly learn which toast setting you most enjoy. It’s easy to use and selecting the toast level from a picture is much easier than guessing how it will turn out from a number. I love that the bread is toasted on the outside but still tender on the inside-fairly perfect! Occasionally it pops the toast up so hard it literally pops out of the toaster, but I don’t mind that and that doesn’t take off marks for me! I honestly love this toaster and I’m so glad my old Cuisinart finally died because this one is light years ahead of that toaster which was marginal even when new.

Title: Failed after 10 uses
Review: This toaster was wonderful, until the left LCD panel completely died after less than 10 uses within a 6 week (from purchase) timeframe. Of course, just outside the return window. This wasn’t due to misuse, overuse, bad cleaning or any other reason. The product is faulty. Now I have an $80 half broken brick in my kitchen. Pass on this one folks.

Review: Absolutely love this toaster. It has two trees for easy cream removal touchscreen for any type of bread and even defrost your bread. It has a nice wide open. Slides free to put larger thicker pieces of bread products in easy to use. It’s just been a pleasure.

Review: I really did want to love this toaster. The left side unfortunately however does not latch making half the toaster not useable. The right side does work though and I do really like the toaster. I have contacted customer service so just waiting to see what can be done. Will update as soon as I hear back.
