Title: Quick toasting toaster
Review: Purchased 07/21/2024I have been using the Sundeen toaster for well over a week now. So far it has performed flawlessly. It will defrost, toast a bagel or regular bread. As I see it, the only difference between toast & defrost is a longer maximum time.There are small stamped symbols on the top front in between the left & right slots showing bagel orientation. The toaster is rated at 1800 watts total which equates to 900 watts max for each side. This makes for quick toastIng. Each slot is approximately 5” X 5” X 1 1/2”. Minimum & maximum times & wattage use are shown below. For the price & features I would recommend this toaster. It even looks nice & modern. Title: Works perfectly especially the one side bagel toasting
Review: In July of 2023 I purchased the 2 slice version of this toaster and was pleased with it functions and results.This recent purchase of the four slice originally arrived dented and I returned it and received a replacement the very next day. It works flawlessly so far and I am very pleased with it and was happy for the quick replacement.

Title: Returned 2 but a great toaster!
Review: I first ordered Dark Metallic but it was more brown than I expected and did not fit the area I wanted to use it for so I ordered the Silver Metallic. Unfortunately, 2/4 slots did not stay down or you had to use a lot of force so I returned it and requested a replacement. The replacement felt sticky – there was some sort of weird, sand feeling, sweet smelling powder on it but after returning the other 2 I did not feel like returning this one too and tried to clean it which worked pretty well. Not sure what the powder was and why it was there, the other 2 did not have that this was probably a returned one from another customer who maybe used some sort of sugar in the kitchen while this was sitting out, not sure. I do really like the toaster itself. I like the display screen and it does a great job toasting.

Review: UPDATE: SEEDEEM customer service reached out to me to resolve the issue. They were very understanding and offered a replacement/refund for the toaster. They took my feedback and forwarded it to their engineering department. I’m sad that half the toaster stopped working, but I am very happy that the company went out of its way to resolve the issue with me.OLDER REVIEW: This was a great 4-slice toaster… until it wasn’t. One entire side has now stopped working. It no longer clicks into place or starts the digital screen, so the heating mechanism doesn’t turn on. I really liked the countdown feature, and the color guide for the toast is easy for the kids to use. But now it’s just a fancy 2-slice toaster, and I’m concerned about when that side will break, too. :/ I purchased this on July 12, 2023, so it’s been just over 6 months.
