Title: What a Toaster!
Review: I like everything about this toaster. I like the size, the style, the digital timer, and it toasts great! I wasn’t sure, but after being on for almost two minutes, the side was just barely warm to the touch. The photos show the heating elements that cover the inside nicely and heat up well to 900 Watts I believe. As you can see, it toasts nice and evenly. Does a good job with toast, English muffins and Bagels.You start remembering the digital setting for each type of toast. Least time for toast, then bagel, and the muffin is the longest. It toasts about the same for the time allotted. The knob is easy to set and the display is easy to read. Nice little tray for getting the crumbs too. I highly recommend this for the performance and the price, which is very reasonable for just over $30.00.I usually use small tongs to retrieve the toast, but it has the “extra lift” lever that lets you lift it a little higher to retrieve it easier.

Title: All the bells and whistles
Review: This toaster can do everything that a toaster can do. Just by pushing a button you can get it to thaw toast and toast it. And additionally it toasts the bread to perfection tell you how long it will take to accomplish it. It is compact and stylish.I have not discovered a single negative thing about it so far. Highly recommend it.

Title: Best one I could find
Review: I wanted a black toaster with big slots and I think this is the best one available (even though it’s not exactly black). I investigated everything available in all price ranges. It looks like Seedeem may have just introduced an actual black toaster, which l’d have preferred, but the one I got has a good matte blackish color and finish. I am forced to deduct a star because it’s described as stainless steel, and while the side panels might indeed be a type stainless steel, the toaster is so light that the amount of steel in it is slight. Also, the metal at the top of the slot will rust-corrode (hopefully it’s mostly just looks) but the more expensive toasters I’ve seen will likely do the same. This toaster is surprisingly short for having big slot openings but I believe the slots go deep enough for it to do the job for even large bread slices.After using it a couple months, it is sturdy considering its light weight, so I expect it to retain its sharp looks and functionality.It’s nice of Seedeem to give a two-year warrantee when you respond about how you like it (I responded to their accompanying note). I was enticed to write a review although I might have anyway.The controls are good with these exceptions:The cancel-eject button is in the logical place (directly below the lever) but I don’t like it there since it’s the one button that needs to be the easiest to hit, yet it’s the least easiest to see when your looking down from above to see how brown your toast is. To my great surprise, when I came to write this review, I discovered the (brand new?) blacker model has the cancel button on the left which is where I would have had it! I think the defrost button could be eliminated unless it’s important to enough people which I doubt because nearly all my bread is frozen and I don’t use it. The timer control should be of slightly greater quality and precision and allow one to change the time better once toasting is in progress. But it does the job it does. They did good and smart placing the controls towards the bottom away from the highest heat which would shorten life of the controls. The lever handle seems a tad cheap looking (perhaps because everything else looks so good) but it’s more than ok.The toast often hangs up when one tries to remove it from the slots because it can catch on the top. This demands fixing/addressing but I can live with it. The cord comes out on the side towards the front (like most all toasters) when most people would want the cord to feed out the back. So the cord should have a tunnel underneath to route it to the back where it can be semi-permanently embedded. The cord should be about three inches longer in my opinion, yours will vary. The crumb tray should be on the front unless there’s an important design reason for it being on the back.I do recommend this toaster and now you know everything about it except for how long it lasts. Oh, like with all toasters, I toast in two or three segments, moving the bread each time to end up with the most even finish.

Title: Toaster burns one side and doesn’t toast the other
Review: I bought this toaster in 12/22. Ever since it has been incrementally toasting one side of the bread darker than the other. In both slots, the inside of the slot toasts darker than the outside of the slot. So now I have to pop the bread out and turn it around and then monitor it closely so the bread toasts evenly.I reported this to the seller and this was his response: “When using a toaster, will you use two slices of bread to bake simultaneously…when baking only one piece of bread, it is easy to cause uneven baking.” Well I don’t eat two pieces of toast at once. One is enough. So I guess in order to have one piece of decent toast I have to make two pieces and throw one away. That is the seller’s solution.So the seller knows his product is defective but his advertising makes no mention that the toaster only works right if you toast two slices of bread.Now the seller is giving me the runaround. He says he wants a video of the problem. I asked him why he needs a video if he already knows his product is defective. Of course, he ignored my question.You have been warned: DO NOT BUY THIS TOASTER! It is a defective product and the seller has no interest in providing a lick of customer service.

Title: Makes excellent toast
Review: So pleased with this toaster. On a setting of 4 toaster makes wonderful medium toast. Love the timer. Haven’t tried bagels and English muffins yet but I’m sure they will be great as well. Highly recommend this terrific toaster.

Title: Very nice and works great so far.
Review: This toaster is heavier duty then others I’ve had. Sturdy and the timer display is easy readable. I’ve gone through 2 other toasters and I do think this one might last longer than a year. Hope so.
