Review: I wanted this toaster mainly for decorative purposes for our modern style open plan kitchen. I was entirely satisfied with the esthetics when it arrived. It’s big and easily takes up space on the counter. We aren’t too crazy about toast but I started using it to prep breakfast for my toddler and I’m totally in love with this toaster! It does a great job defrosting frozen pancakes, making grilled cheese sandwiches and just about any breakfast variation, it comes in handy.Pro tip: get the sandwich rack that fits right into it for optimal function!I still consider it a splurge, if it’s not within your budget, don’t break the bank for it.

Title: SMEG 4 Slice Burnout
Review: Got this in Aug 21. Did a lot of research and also considered the Dualit 4 slice. What I did not realize is that this toaster has a limited 1 year warranty. Well Nov 22 I noticed that the No 2 slot from the left as you are facing the toaster was not toasting the bottom 1 inch of toast. So figured I would just use the right side pair. A couple of months later it seems the infection has spread and all four slots are not cooking the bottom 1 inch of toast. Seems to be a rather expensive toaster to last less than 2 years. I do have photos of the toast just presently too lazy and disappointed to upload.

Review: I truly believe when people spend more than $$250 on something ther brain combines them they have something worth bragging about. Something prestigious and high end. And unfortunately with that mindset comes the idea that the item is worth more than what it actually delivers. We even lie to ourselves.I’m a fan of smeg appliances and this is one of a few pieces I own. And also the most disappointing.I purchased a separate grilled cheese pannini basket. That was a let down because the slots were too thin to really make a sandwich worth anything.But the toaster itself was the largest let down.But before I get into that…I must say the unit out of the box has an air of arrogance..a beauty in a class all its own. Gaudy button dot dials and super atomic aged classic sheen. It’s beautiful. Feels high end. Heavy and looks the part of a machine worth bragging about.However I wad left underwhelmed and embarrassed to admit what I spent on a toaster that hasn’t been capable of evenly toasting a single slice of bread since we unboxed it.That’s rightThe quality of this machine is only skin deep. The mechanisms inside of it make it fall flat. Uneven toasting. For a machine as expensive as this it’s simply…unacceptable

Review: Me parece un súper producto pero yo creo que en Mexico el voltaje es distinto pues en 2 ya se quema el pan, hay que aprenderle las mañas y ver en qué número es el tostado ideal (ente 1 y el Pan)
