Title: SOOOO DISAPPOINTED
Review: I LOVE the LOOK of the toaster itâs my ideal toaster, which sounds silly but itâs so perfect in my home. Unfortunately my love stops thereâ¦. I have the 4 slice toaster and only the right side works. The left side does not âlockâ down therefore it is unusable. Couldnât get ahold of the seller to fix this issue.I still have it on my counter because I like the look of it so much, we just use the right side. But definitely defeats the purpose of a 4 slice toaster and therefore it gets 1 star for quality.

Title: I was sent a used toaster
Review: I was so excited to receive this toaster. Imagine my surprise when I opened the toaster an there were scratches and smear marks on the sides and in the slots where the toast goes. One of the smear marks is sticky….this just ruined my day. I don’t like dealing with returns.UPDATE: I received a new toaster. Changed my rating to a 4. Has a small dent on the side, but I decided to keep it. The toaster itself is beautiful. So is the kettle. I’ll repost if anything goes wrong.

Title: Must have got a defective one.
Review: I feel bad to give this only a three star review. Itâs such a pretty pattern and I love the pattern but this doesnât work right. I have to put it on level seven to get what a three should do. Levels one to five hardly toast. If you put it on bagel, it hardly toasts. Iâm disappointed.

Title: Warming Tray melted
Review: I was very excited about the “warming tray” UNTIL…….The plastic on the warming tray melted to the actual toaster and has gone into the toaster….so no more toast for us. Guess that is what I get for purchasing the toaster because it was “pretty” and not practical. I am passed the return window; however, I did send a message to Amazon.com to see if there is anything that can be done. Will update if I receive a response.
