Title: Toasts Evenly, defrost & cancel button
Review: Over all this toaster works great. It toasts evenly. It defrosts frozen waffles and bagels very well, you just have to watch it closely the first few times so you learn all the settings. It is great how it toasts a bagel on one side. The cancel button has saved many a bagel from scorching. The toasting action is gradual enough to detect subtle changes by the smell. It is not the cheapest toaster, but it is totally worth a few extra dollars for an appliance that actually works properly. I love this toaster, and it is perfect every time. This toasts evenly on both sides, no dark spots. The crumb tray on the bottom pops out easily to clean. It polishes up beautifully and looks great on my counter, I don’t need to hide it away in my cupboard. Highly recommend it over the cheapest available. The defrost button alone makes it worthwhile.

Title: Pretty good toaster
Review: This is a nice toaster. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I have no clue as to longevity or durability (I’ve had it about a week). Creates nice, evenly toasted slices. There is a tactile and audible click with each stop on the darkness selector. Crumb tray slides out (of the back) for cleaning, no trap door at the bottom. Outer surfaces are stainless steel, which is nice for cleaning but will get hot during use. And the more toast you make, the hotter it will get. After 8-10 slices, it will be HOT! If doing 2-4 slices, it’s really not an issue. A great feature is the button you push to only toast one side. Good for bagels but great for hamburger buns. There is also a defrost function which I haven’t used.It won’t talk to your cell phone, refrigerator, or otherwise get involved in the “internet of things”. It just makes toast, but does it very well.

Title: 1 of the best toasters I’ve owned
Review: This is one of the best toasters I have ever owned. It seems solidly built and does a great job of toasting bread and English muffins on regular, bagels on the bagel setting, and frozen waffles on the defrost setting. The selector knob works well and I prefer the way it clicks in on your setting rather than the slides I’ve had on other toasters.For those wondering about the defrost function, it does make a difference with frozen foods. The way it works is that it extends the cooking time so it’s about halfway between settings. In other words, if you put the setting on 3 and press the defrost button, you get more time than normal on 3, but less time than you would get on 4. I thought it might be a gimmick, but it works.I also appreciate the toast lifter, the cancel button, and the stainless steel look of the unit. All in all, a good buy for the price.

Title: Good toaster for the price
Review: I’ve been using this toaster for about 3 months now and I’m completely satisfied with it. It heats fast, toasts evenly, and cools down rather quickly after use. The exterior is all metal, so there is no plastic to melt as in other toasters in its price range. The cord is of a sufficient length to reach an outlet and not have a hot side right up against a wall. The crumb tray is rather shallow, but it seldom has much in it, though we check it after every use, and it is completely removable if you need to wipe anything (unplug first). Especially helpful is the extra room at the top of the slot where the button you push down to toast is. That’s great if you have a bread with small slices that doesn’t extend above the toasting chamber when done and popped up—just push up the button a bit and you can get a grip on the top edge of the toast. The corners are all rounded so there are no seams to catch your fingers if you need to move it or wipe it down (always unplug first). I really like the knob adjustment, I find the #3 setting works well for me. I have not used the CANCEL, BAGEL, or DEFROST settings yet, but am glad to have them. Some thought went into this toaster and to me it was worth the price I paid. Far better than any toasters I have purchased locally.

Title: High quality toaster
Review: This quality stainless steel toaster looks quite classy in my kitchen. There are a number things to really like about this toaster but these two are my favorites. It toasts really quickly and evenly and there are a number of settings from light to dark so that you can set it so the toast comes out EXACTLY how you like it. I also like the “cancel” button. When a family member set the toaster to a darker toasting setting than I like, I was able to stop or “cancel” the toasting by pressing the cancel button. I like that better than pressing a lever like I did on previously owned toasters to force the toast to come back up, which when done made me worry I might be damaging that toaster. I have used the “defrost” button several times which works very well and meant I didn’t have to wait for the bread to thaw out before making toast for breakfast. This is a quality toaster I think you’ll be pleased with.
