Review: Nice quality and easy light weight operation. Good browning range. Love the beep when done feature. Very happy consumer! Expensive but you get what you pay for. No complaints, but some observations – smaller slices will not rise enough to protrude from top to grab when done. Need to use a set of wooden tongs to help out. As toaster gets hotter than those rinky brands you need to wait a little bit longer for it to cool down before you can put away. Performs as expected no issues out of box. A lot smaller than the family 4 slices version but lot more convenient to stow away in your kitchen cabinet. Recommend wolf brand. I also have the kettle which is equally awesome. Buy and enjoy!

Title: Very good product but not true commercial grade.
Review: The Wolf two-slicer we purchased has been very satisfactory. Well constructed, with a solid feeling timer knob and push-down mechanism. It is definitely a bit heftier that consumer-grade toasters, but not truly heavy like a commercial kitchen grade unit which would have thicker stainless steel. The only negative, though not seriously bad but a bit surprising, is that slices and bagels, english muffins all need as much time to toast as any of the consumer grade toasters we previously owned. Maybe that’s a good thing, as hotter wiring may make it trickier for most folks to toast without burning.

Title: The BEST toaster we have ever owned or used
Review: About 40 years ago we had a toaster (don’t recall the brand) that was great, but after lots of use it finally gave up the ghost. Since then, every toaster we’ve had just hasn’t been as good. The toaster we were using right before this one was particularly horrid. If you wanted toast, you either got warm bread or burnt bread, but never a nice slice of toast. It was something we just had to put up with. Then, during this year’s Prime Days I was doing a *lot* of shopping/buying on Amazon. I wasn’t even looking for a toaster, but somehow this one ended up in my “suggested” area. Although we don’t have a Wolf stove/oven, I know they are excellent, and the price on the Wolf toaster was acceptable to me, so I thought, “what the heck, I might as well.” This toaster is AWESOME. The sourdough bread comes out perfectly toasted. And my husband likes to toast an uncut bagel, which this toaster can handle perfectly. I am so, so happy that I purchased this!

Review: Loved this line of Wolf appliances forever, finally pulled the trigger on this toaster, eventually want the mini oven.From a label on the shipping box I believe Hamilton Beach makes this, which is fine, I like their stuff. Build quality on this toaster is great, it has some weight to it and doesn’t feel or sound like a cheap tin box. It looks great on the counter, loved it as an addition to my kitchen.And then I made toast. As many other reviewers have mentioned, this thing does not toast evenly on both sides of the bread. Wolf says in the manual that it may not look like the elements are toasting, but they are. OK, but they aren’t! I would have happily lived with the uneven toasting, I love the look of the toaster that much, but then I made more toast right after the first batch. I like to make several pieces for when I make chili. Second batch has burnt patches. I paid how much for this?For the price, I expect form to follow function, but this is not the case here. Very disappointed. Sent it back.
