Title: Fits the counter and cooks great and fast
Review: I’ve had other toaster ovens and they were basically not very good. This one is excellent. It’s compact but still fits a 12 inch pizza. Comes with a couple of different basket, pan, grills to cook on. Easy to clean. Cooks frozen fries and other items in less time than the food packaging says it will take. It does everything I need and replaces almost everything I used to cook in a regular oven.

Title: After several air-fryers, this finally is great
Review: I spent a lot more for my last one, and never figured out how to use it. This works well as an air fryer, and toaster. A little weak as a broiler for meat, but great for garlic bread,Not crazy about the drawings instead of words for dial positions, but they have the key code printed on the glass, so not bad. The tray has some non-stick coating, so it is a breeze to spray off oil and other things that fall.We use it almost daily to reheat pizza, nuggets, taquitos, French fries, fried chicken, etc.If the broiler was better at things like steaks, it would be a 5.

Title: Exactly as described, on time and looks good.
Review: Does a good job in each mode, is accurate both temperature and timer wise and has a smaller footprint than the old one. It gets hot, which is expected for this size, but less hot than the old one.

Title: Avoid This Dangerous Product!
Review: We purchased this impressed by the features listed. This would be our first air fryer and we were prepared for a learning curve. We had a number of burnt offerings, and frequent smoke detector blasts. After a while, with everything either getting burnt, or having to remove items long before the suggested cooking time, we bought an oven thermometer to check on the temperatures. Sure enough, at every temperature setting, the actual temperature was 150 degrees above what the oven was set at. We contacted Hamilton Beach with our findings and were told to cut off the plug and throw away the unit, and a replacement was being sent. We received the replacement and decided to test it with the oven thermometer, Again, it was overheating by 100-150 degrees over the setting. We reported this to Hamilton Beach and told them we were concerned about the safety of this dangerous appliance and requested a refund. We were told several times it was past its warranty period, and we should send the unit back for testing. If it was faulty they would replace it again, and if they could not duplicate the overheating, they would return it to us and charge us for shipping. After sending this unit back for testing, we hadn’t heard back from Hamilton Beach with the results. After two months I emailed them asking for the status and was told the unit tested to be “operating correctly” however they said the unit was destroyed and they were sending us a new one, charging the $14.99 S&H. I asked why it was destroyed if it was “operating correctly” but have not heard back. We are wary of using this dangerous device and hope to deter any customers from purchasing this and putting themselves in danger. I have lost my faith in Hamilton Beach products and customer service!

Title: Better than my last model
Review: I’ve had several of these toaster ovens over many, many years. They just keep getting better. I have a basket type air fryer and was thinking of getting a shelve type also. Then I saw this model. It had all the benefits of my last model, like convection oven, plus an air fryer setting. The price was much lower and the size was right for 2 people. I am very pleased with my purchase. All cycles seem to work very well. I would say that all coking is faster than my old model, so keep an eye on your cooking when you first use it.

Title: Well Designed, Solidly Built. Great Costumer Service
Review: This replaced a 6-month old broken Black and Decker. It’s well designed, solidly built and cooks, frys and toasts quickly and evenly. The air fry basket is large and clevery made.The dial lettering is a bit off-putting–symbols that resemble cuneiform. They’re easily mastered using the guide in the instructions.The convection fan began rattling loudly. Hamilton Beach immediately swapped it for a new one–no charge for pickup. It works fine.

Title: Good But Not for Me
Review: This air fryer/toaster oven is really good for what it is, but I thought it was larger when I purchased it. Having had a larger air fryer before, I had to return this one, because I just couldn’t get used to the size of it. Where I live, there is a full-size stove and oven, but the oven has never been calibrated correctly, so I use the air fryer/toaster oven for basically every meal. There was no preheat, which I missed terribly. Also, I like to roast a 1/2 turkey around the holidays and just didn’t see that fitting in this oven. I would recommend this for a single person in a small apartment or home, who doesn’t make heavy use of it. Amazon was great to me with accepting the return and I made a larger oven purchase after the return.
