Review: Seems to be good quality. The slots are a pretty big size – the largest bagels are a tight fit, but they do go in. Toasts very evenly.

Title: Good value for low price
Review: Good value for the price. Feels lightweight, but does a good job. Darkness adjustment works well. Toast and bagels often don’t pop up fully, because the top edge of the toast gets caught on the inside edge of the slot.

Title: Browns pretty evenly
Review: This toaster is as simple to operate as it gets. With just a twist knob to lighten or darken the toast color and a cancel button to pop up the toast prior to the finish time it’s really simple. The toaster browns evenly in all 4 slots. It has wide slots for Bagels although I have not tried it for them yet. It’s a nice enough 4 slice toaster.

Review: I purchased this toaster as I wanted a stainless and 4 slot toaster. The first one I received did not work the first time I used it. Would not pop the toast up when finished toasting nor would it when the release button was pushed. Also the spring loaded wires that hold the toast in place would not release and I had to unplug the toaster and manually pull them apart to get the toast out. I contacted Amazon customer service who sent me a replacement and I returned this one. Now the replacement is starting todo the same thing. This is not a quality product and am amazed that Hamilton Beach would make such a problem prone product. I would definitely buy a different brand.

Title: Not too sure if this will hold up!
Review: Well, the reviews were good, but the not so good ones all pointed to the same problem…the right side not functioning properly. I’m not sure if all the coils should heat up red, but mine don’t on the right side, and it’s not toasting evenly. I’ll keep it for now, as the toaster is attractive, and I need a 4 slot toaster, but I will be monitoring carefully for problems, as I do not want to get stuck with a bad toaster beyond the return date.
