Title: Fine Craftsmanship Throughout
Review: I was planning to buy a small, inexpensive replacement for my 20 year old, 2 rack Oster which finally bit the dust. After spending way too much time researching, it dawned upon me that since I use this every day, why not upgrade to bigger and better and so I did. This countertop oven is awesome. Wish I had done this long ago. Now for some details.The dimensions listed for the product are not accurate. I measured and found 13″ D x 18.5″ W x 10.5″ H to be the actual size. Nonetheless, this product is ideal in so many ways and full of nice features. My old toaster oven had 2 rack positions and this one has 3 which is nice. When you open the door with the rack inside, the rack pops out with the rack guide which is very nice. It has a three plug outlet cord to run the 1800 watts and so far no issues with the kitchen circuit. The preheat time is fast and sweet. This model comes in a very nice blue and has 10 function controls, which is plenty.This Damson Blue Smart Oven is what I consider a mid range size in that it has three rack positions compared to many small toaster ovens which have two and the larger ovens have four. This unit is an upgrade in size from my older toaster oven and that is exactly what I wanted for the long haul.You can use parchment paper for most everything, which is so much better environmentally. Say goodbye to all the foil usage. While the manual does say to not line the crumb tray with foil, you can use foil to wrap your food if needed.A note about “Convection” and “Air Fryer” is also important since many brands now tout this in their marketing materials. In my research, what I learned is that these two terms simply mean, it has a fan. The fan is used to disperse heat evenly throughout the small chamber. This unit does come with a good sized air fryer basket but I have not tried it yet.The controls are very easy and simple to use and are of very good quality. Other than all of the features and size, I chose this model and brand based upon how high the Breville brand rates on most top ten lists. In my view, this is a great value and highly recommended for the cost.

Title: Don’t waste money on another brand
Review: I tried other brands that cost less and had great reviews – but I hated them all. The Breville is high quality, easy to use, extremely versatile, roomy, and easy to clean. The controls are well thought-out and easy to figure out. The temperature control is consistent and reliable. I use it daily. There are some great colors available, but I went with stainless steel to blend in with the rest of my kitchen. It’s pricey, but worth it, especially since I was able to snag it on a rare discount.

Even when the directions on some food packaging suggested different times or temperatures, I stuck with the oven’s presets, and it was spot on every time. It just knows what it’s doing!I used to have a KitchenAid convection oven, and while KitchenAid has always been top-of-the-line in my book, this Breville Smart Oven has really outperformed it. The versatility, reliability, and ease of use make it a winner for me.Five stars across the board—highly recommend this oven to anyone looking for a dependable and high-performing kitchen appliance! Title: perfect size for a multi function appliance
Review: I wanted to replace my air fryer and toaster for one appliance. The previous one I had to return (at retail store, Cusinart) because I couldn’t get the dials to function properly. The Breville is easy to operate and clean; doesn’t occupy much space on my counter, plus it looks great. I haven’t used all the functions yet, but I am very satisfied with the roster, air fryer and broiler. I would recommend the Breville, it’s worth the extra money.

Title: Great oven, not so great air fryer
Review: Like other Breville products, I really like this counter top oven. It is a great size, very functional, and overall a wonderful help in the kitchen if you have to whip up dinner in a snap like I do. Having said that, the air fryer function is lacking. Not due to the ability of air frying itself – which is good – but because of the air fryer tray. As the tray must be a mesh-like material to allow for the air to circulate, it is imperative to have a tray right below it to catch eventual drippings. The distribution of the space inside the oven doesn’t allow for that to happen unless the mesh tray is touching the standard one, which prevents the necessary air flow in order to actually air fry something. Alternatively, not putting anything to catch the drippings will end up damaging the heating element (as well pointed out by the manufacturer). Short story, great little electric oven – but if you are looking for an air fryer, continue looking.

Title: Very good oven
Review: It is a very good and fairly large oven.We had an older and smaller version of the Breville oven, and it lasted something like 7 years of daily use.It was still working but began to make some noise and it was cosmetically tired, so we decided to ditch it and buy a new one.So far, we have used the new one for regular bread toasting, air frying potatoes, baking cookies, making macarons or merengues and broiling Salmon. It worked very well.It has a lot of options and settings. It is very well built.So far so good.

Title: Great customer service.
Review: I have had this Breville for a little over a year when the door started SCREECHING every time it was opened. Dummy me thought it was a year warranty period so I contacted Asurion as I had purchased the extented warranty as well. Their online claim system came back instantly as rejected. So I thought I would give Breville a try. Their response was,”Oh, no problem. We’ll send you a box. Well, a week and a half later my beloved toaster oven is back on the counter and the door opens with nary a whisper. And from what I’ve read regarding Asurion, I could have struck a match to the money I paid for their extended warranty.

Review: I’ve had this oven 10 days now and I know it’s going to be invaluable!! Air Fryer cooked my drumsticks to perfection. Pizza function was awesome. A quiche was baked perfectly and reheated without the crust turning to mush! Our Thanksgiving dinner was reheated to the right temperature without drying it out. And …. it toasts perfectly!Easy to clean. Easy to follow settings.Highly recommend this Breville machine. Happy cooking!!

Review: Bought this toaster oven with airfry partly because we had the previous model. Main reason is their toasting ability with a Bagel mode. Bagel mode is important for bagels, english muffins, pizza reheat, etc. Not only did they add Airfry but an enhanced convection mode. The added lighting is a great feature (light shines on the food, for example comes on 30sec before toast is done so you can see the brownness – very thoughtful by some designer) Overall a great unit – if you have previous model you’ll be amazed how quiet this one is in regular convection mode, almost can’t hear it; of course enhanced or airfry mode has the fan noise. For us best possible combination unit and was surprised at the increased quality and convenience features.

Review: We had a Breville toaster oven for 10 years and it was a wonderful appliance. We used it every day until the on switch became touchy and the fan became very loud. This new one is even better. The light inside is a great feature and we look forward to many good years with this one too.
