Review: When I took this out of the box I was quite disappointed with what seemed to be poor quality. It is flimsy and cheap. But, since I bought it to replace another broken toaster, we thought we’d go ahead and use it. Well, less than 2 weeks later, the toaster no longer works! The left slice section doesn’t pop up at all and the grill thing inside that holds the toast is stuck at the bottom and won’t move. It seems that some spring is gone or something. You can see it on the left side of the photo attached. I’m soooo frustrated. Of course, I discarded the box so now I guess I will see if I can even return it. If not, it’s another piece of crap made in China, going to the landfill! This thing shouldn’t even get one star. Disgraceful.
